Why hasn't Paul Alexander been interviewed for HC?

There have been 38 OTs drafted in the first two rounds over the last 5 years.

Seems like every team in the league must having trouble developing OTs.  The big difference is that a lot of those first and second round picks have flopped while Alexander has NEVER had a player taken in the first two rounds flop.
