Take Browner, Dre, and Lane Johnson. They have a large number of penalties because they are not good. False start and holding have nothing to do with being dirty, they just show that you aren't a good player and are getting beaten...
I think the grossly erred description of the Burfict hit on Brown speaks volumes about this list. I can think of far more deserving players which should be on this list than some that made it. The list is mildly entertaining.
