Cam has better accuracy, better QB instincts, and has carried his team occasionally. Tebow...in the NFL the team was pretty much always carrying him. 

Wrong.  Tebow won quite a few games by himself while with the Broncos. 

However, he didn't fit the mold of what makes an NFL QB. 

Ask anyone why they don't like Tebow and they will give you a list of issues.

Holds onto the ball too long.
tucks and runs when his primary is covered.
throwing motion is unorthodox
ect..
ect..

You will find that Cam has a lot of the same issues.
