Ginn has questionable hands, and mad wheels.  This has been proven over the course of his NFL career.  He's most dangerous in the open field once he already has the ball, hence, his value on reverses and special teams. If you've watched any Panthers games, you'd know that Ginn has dropped his fair share of deep shots this year as well.  The only thing that changed for Ginn was Carolina had no other field ready talent behind Benjamin, unless you count a washed up Cotchery and the waiver fodder Corey Brown.
