I am not sure how reliable it is, but I saw a reply from the Cardinals insider today on Twitter.
A fan asked him if the Cardinals will try to trade up in the draft, and his response was that the Bengals would not trade with them.
I wonder if this means we are simply staying pat, or if we do plan to move up.
