Will the team hesitate to sign outside FAs to replace departing contributors due to the comp pick repercussions? Will planning for the distant future get in the way of building the 2016 roster?
The Bengals have admitted they consider how free agent signings affect possible comp picks. I think if they thought a free agent signing would affect a comp pick the Bengals would pass on the free agent.
