Brady got what he wanted, but Kraft didn't. And the relief did not come from Goodell or the League. It came from an independent judge. So how does standing up to Goodell have anything to do with it?
Brady took the NFL to court. Mike Brown has no way to do that. And what happened to Kraft and the Patriots shows that you don't get special treatment by standing up to the league.
