Guys. This is a tough year for our own FA's leaving. History says that the Bengals have been able to "hit" in the draft more often than not and replace guys where needed. It has been this way for at least 5 years, where the team has been near the top of the league in-terms of depth and talent. There's no reason to believe it won't continue, even if the names are different.
My biggest gripe, as others have said, is the lack of a killer instinct. They seem content with rolling with this model and just taking chances with the playoffs each year. I'd like to see them employ this strategy and go all out for a year or two, with the understanding that if it blows up, it might mean a few lean years. I could live with that knowing we took an all out shot to win a ring.
