I was always kind of lying to myself like "oh, his deep ball isn't so bad" and "he can make every throw," but then he dedicated himself each of the past two offseasons and he looked like a top 5 quarterback in the league in terms of throwing the ball.
He's unreal and a hell of a leader, and let's just hope that he comes back 100%, if not better.
