He might be a team's #3 WR, but you can be a #3 who's an outside receiver, just like there's #2 slot receivers. For instance, Chad / Housh / Henry. Henry was the #3, but he was the deep outside threat. Housh moved the chains and made catches over the middle.
He ran a crappy 40 at the combine, but made up for it at his pro-day with a 4.3ish 40. I never thought Brax was a burner per se. I thought his acceleration and change of direction is what makes him so special.
