i will admit I am biased because Shepard is one of my favorite players in this draft.

Very high praise, key with Brown is his ability to fight off press despite his lack of stature against boundary corners, one of Shepard's few weaknesses. 

I don't think Shepard Can't play outside, but I have a hard time believing his skill set will be maximized out there and it'd be a miracle if you get anything close to Brown-like production.
