The claim is the Thomas IS at the top of our WR board, as if the Miller guy knows this to be a fact. I don't think anyone has any facts on any team's boards right now. Thomas does look intriguing though. The comparison to Marvin Jones isn't a bad one. He might even be a better all around WR. From game film (not highlights), he doesn't mind blocking. We know how big that is for our coaches and scouts.
