And last but not least he has played WR for the the almighty Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in Germany. I think the only question is do we have to trade up to get him?

I actually found a youtube highlight reel a few days ago and sent to a friend from work and said I wouldn't mind him being our next project, like Simpson and Hunt and many others. He fits our bill. He's a freakish athlete if his play translates he'll be pretty good
