They spend most of their time on the scout team Defense. Also, I wouldn't say it is just being given to him... he still has to beat out Smith and whoever else we bring in. It was just time to move on, it could have been Reggie saw the writing on the wall. He could have had a closed door meeting with the staff and didn't like what he was told and decided it was in his best interest to move on....
