I only looked at the team's current streaks, not all time. The Cardinals made it 2 in a row and got to the NFC champion round, the Panthers 3 in a row and made it to the Super Bowl, and the Packers, Broncos, and Patriots have made it 4,5, and 7 times in a row and won it all once each in that span.

It would be interesting to see if any other NFL team made it 5 times in a row without even making It to the SB though. I know the Bills showed you can keep making the playoffs and not win it.
