It's not that easy in the real world. In 20/20 hindsight it's very easy to say something like this. Dre probably had a schedule to stick to and had to leave before the other guy left. What was he supposed to do? Kidnap the guy? In the real world adults need to take care of themselves. Drinking and driving is an ugly thing, and people can help their friends in some situations, but in a case where someone leaves the scene before someone else is done drinking I fail to see how the person who leaves is responsible for anything.
