With salaries in this year's free agency it's unlikely the Bengals will get two 3rd compensatory picks and a 4th rounder might be the highest they get.
Secondly, we just don't trade up much and never have. I can only think of three times we have in our history, though it may be four or five times. That's about it over the last 48 years. An average of once every ten years and we last did it a couple of years ago for Bodine in the 4th round.
I agree with Milk in that we are more likely to trade down in the first round. It all depends on how the draft unfolds.
