If this girl wanted it so bad, why did she have to be led (forced) back into the bathroom?  Why wouldn't Ben have just said "follow me and let's go ****"?  The simple answer is because she didn't want it, which was obvious by her wanting to leave directly after and probably go home, shower, and cry. 

Also, the NFL can't force him out of the league because they'd face a huge lawsuit for defamation of character, as well as lost wages, since he was not charged, even though it was bullshit that he wasn't.

I didn't think you would have been old enough to be in the bar that night to have such an eye-witness account.
