...and I'll say this, if Revis is making 17M, Norman is worth that. Right now, Norman is BETTER. Revis is being paid based on history, not current performance.

Of course, both Patrick Peterson and Chris Harris came out and said they don't think Norman is a top 5 CB. So there's that.
