Dre is not good. Trading him isnt the answer though. 

You let him play this year and then reevaluate him at the end of the year. If he doesnt preform, let him walk. If he has a good year, resign him. 

Also, if Dre is as bad as you say he is then how can you sit here and think teams are going to be eager to trade a draft pick for him?
