I was motivated and really needed the money.
Honestly though, the pain was intense a few hours after it happened. At first I just thought I could tough it out, but yeah...no.
I could barely walk by the time I went to the hospital.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
