He is probably 50 and still kicking asses.
Even though I hated the Steelers - even back then - I admired Lloyd as a player. He and Derrick Thomas were the best LBs of the 90's.
Different styles, but both dominant.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
