Burkhead needs to get the ball more. They send him in mostly as a receiver and throw him maybe a single rep a game (if that) carrying the ball.
The guy is a really good running back with elite lateral movement, good explosion and decent strength. Nebraska used him on the goal line a lot with good effectiveness.
Hard to get a groove going with a single carry, and hard to properly use him if the other team knows he's on the field to receive. I think he's underutilized. If you give him enough carries it sets him up to be really effective because the defense doesn't know what he's out there to do.
