Actually, it seems to be another case of the NFL making a special instance to re-make something illegal after failing to call it on the Steelers in the first place.
And I think the "Joey Porter Rule" is a misnomer, since every Steelers coach wanders out on the field all of the time. Sometimes they even trip other teams players in their 'enthusiasm'.
