Uzomah wasn't used much as a receiving tight end in college, but he definitely has the skill and can be a great, untapped asset.  He has all the talent to be a good receiving tight end.

Kroft is a natural receiver and more of a receiver than a blocker.

His production slipped and he fell in the draft because his quarterback played got a lot worse from his sophomore to junior season, so his production dropped, so teams overlooked him.
