Trying to quit smoking

For all we know, vapor is even worse for your health. It doesn't seem like it would be; but who knows? Like I said I've given them a try in a half ass attempt to quit. I felt like some millennial. Taking selfies was probably right around the corner if I kept doing it.

Today has been my best day so far. I've gnawed on the toothpicks a lil less. There seems to be more pep in my step. That itch did hit right after I finished lunch though.
