Bengals Reportedly Signing WR- Rashaun Simonise

People will also find a reason to claim every schmo on our team (and those we signed 5 minutes ago) is going to blow the NFL wide open and be amazing.  Specially in a place like this!  Come on, don't you have to admit it's somewhat funny how every year there is some WR who is going to completely baffle every DC and defensive player in the NFL and then he doesn't make the team or DOES and catches like 4 passes?

It does intrigue me that some people get seem to get more hyped the less chance a guy has of making the team, and then they completely forget him as soon as we sign some other guy that probably won't make the team and they start hyping him up.  It almost seems like a guy taken in the 4th is a lot more boring than someone taken in the 7th or undrafted because there is that "super secret awesome" appeal.

Anyways, this year Alford and Wright were supposed to be good, but we got Boyd but he seems to get less hype than Core who was going to be THE man across from AJ, but now Core is old-hat because we found a guy who is even less known, even LESS in demand than a 7th round pick, and so on.  Also, have we forgotten Kumerorwow...or is he like the red-zone specialist? Not sure what we're predicting for him.

We're getting close to August, so I'm thinking this Simonise guy might be the last "uncoverable secret" WR we get this year.  We shall see what happens, but I'm going to wager Lafell and Tate get their respective jobs and we can sit and lament all the 7th rounders an undrafted talent that can blow the NFL wide open because Marvin refuses to play for some middling vet.

Ida know...I have a hard time believing this because it is tantamount to admitting that the Browns are more likely to find a HOF QB by starting 3 or 4 every year than we are because we had Palmer and Dalton while they were trying 27 different guys, each of which has a chance to be "the greatest."
