No the point is go outside and enjoy nature... I play video games all the time... but enjoy going hiking camping canoing and other outdoor activites where there are no video games.. (and I don't play mobile games)
Your not really socializing with other people by standing near them and starring at your phone... Hes saying it shouldn't take a reward system for someone to be active being active is its own reward. Being healthy is its own reward.
