microwaving corn in the husk

Boiling water is not difficult, but microwave is just so much easier.  What makes the microwave process so much easier is the removal of the silk.  It just all slides right off with the husk.

Many people do not fire up the grill for every meal. PLus why go to all the extra work and expense of making foil packages?
