I got tired of the ups and downs with any kind of regimented workout schedule. Eventually, i'd get bored or some kind of minor injury that would affect the schedule, or i'd just be too busy to keep to it.
Over the last few months i've just been doing 30 pushups with those rotating handle thingys, 30 barbell curls and 30 situps every night around 9 or 10 o'clock. That, combined with the physical nature of my job has allowed me to keep the definition and size i'm happy with.
My wife ordered some 25 minute workout cds a year or so ago so i may add that in soon.
