About the same. The roster, for the most part, is the same. There have been more changes in the staff, but I think they promoted from within for continuity. I think they are good enough to make the playoffs. However, I don't think Marvin provides the type of leadership to keep the players focused and disciplined enough not to mentally implode in pressure situations like last year's playoff loss. Unless the veterans provide that type of leadership, I don't expect a different result than what we have seen in recent seasons.
