What's interesting to me is the team was also fined, ostensibly for failing to keep contact such that Bell wouldn't miss a test.
Which begs the question if the team is fined for that, then why is Bell suspended? Either he dodged the test, or protocols broke down. The NFL is making both an exception while also envoking "protect the shield".
Simply put....shenanigans.
