Plus MB worked him over hard on Carson trade and he was a little to gimmicky putting Dalton at risk multiple times and had to be reined in on this eventually I believe. 

Still think he can be a good HC because of the respect players have for him though and some of that ingenuity will come in handy on a team like Cleveland.
