Maybe I am just some sort of superman, but I have no problem grocery shopping while music is playing. In fact many store actually play music in the background. I wonder how Wes is able to function in those circumstances?
They do make laws against annoying acts.
I'm not saying something like shopping with a big Bluetooth speaker is law worthy.
However somewhere someone said "let's put an end to this shit".
Let me put together another scenario that would apply to your logic.
So I go to a fine restaurant.
They often play music there that's soft and appropriate for the atmosphere.
Along comes me that says F that!
I'm gonna bring my boom box in to my table and blast some Killswitch Engage because that's my jam.
Am I breaking a law? Not really.
Just being a nuisance forsaking the other people in the place to my need for metal with dinner.
I would never do that because it's selfish and stupid.
