My vote is Eifert will not be back until he is on the field before the snap. Until then I refuse to speculate or read anything from Bengals/Cincinnati writers about him.
Might need to start treating him like the Browns treat Josh Gordon. Don't rely on him, don't expect anything from him, but if he's there and is ready to do something, great.
