Sedamsville rectory was ok.
The church beside it is better.
Ask them to "forget" to lock it.
I don't know if they do it anymore, but the Iam's homestead in Trotwood was ok.
Zak from Ghost Adventures is a douche.
I haven't met him personally, but I've spoken to enough venue owners/managers to form that opinion.
One year we ended up several places where they had been there the night before.
