when you draft 2 CBs and 2 OTS in 3 years that high it's bad enough your over drafting at 2 position
when you already established starters in place

to be a factor this year
at any rate you need contributions from your 1st and high 2nd rd picks in order to close that gap
or you end up looking like the Browns every yr.
