I remember watching Hard Knocks back in '09 I think and I was surprised Marvin could get fired up at people. We never see it on the sidelines. I wish we saw it more from him. And Guenther...he's just so uninspiring. People do what they see their leaders do. If you coach with passion, they play with passion. Guenther doesn't. Not from what I've seen. 

So, just because TV shows Zimmer screaming at a guy means he doesn't let things slide?  I guess.

I guess I'm trying to figure out how people know what Marvin says to the guys on the sidelines.  I guess Marvin lets everything slide.
