You can't really put on Guenther the fact that Burfict is fat, out of shape, and a shell of his former self,  MJ forgot how to play the run, Dennard has been a bust, or Pac man has lost 2-1/2 steps.  The loss of Reggie hurt us a lot worse than most of us thought, and they would have been better off spending that money they spent on Dansby on team building exercises.  

How much talent do really think this D has?  Atkins is a beast and Dunlap is good all around DE.  Iloka was great, but looks lost without Nelson.  Williams stinks, Jones is a has been, Kirk is average, Dennard is an injury prone bust.  Burfict hasn't been elite since he got paid,  Dansby is washed up, people have screamed for Maualuga and Peko's jobs for years,  MJ is solid or garbage depending on how he feels that year.

So who do you think is responsible for the complete lack of discipline on this team ? Do you think Burfict should still be playing 25 lbs. overweight ? After stomping on Blounts ankle in NE game ? Zero accountability by coaches

Do you think Adam Jones would be getting away with totally stinking on 4 out of 5 plays and running around all over the field throwing temper tantrums costing his team ? Zero accountability by coaches

Who's responsible for keeping Maualuga and Peko on the team ? Why is Dennard still playing like a first game rookie ? Why is our defense  totally out of sync way to often ? Why do we give 10 yard cushions on 3rd and 4 ? Horrible coaching

This team is completely undisciplined and has zero accountability ! There's no way in hell they're making the playoffs.

Other side of the ball but why do we continue running a very bad RT out there ? Why with all this fireposer are we way closer to the bottom of the league in 3rd down conversions ? We stink in the red zone ! Who's responsible ?

This coaching in it's entirety needs shown the door. Sad part is we all know that will never happen under Mike.
