Nice post. I said something very similar in another post. We have some aging veterans with very little behind them. We had very good drafts for defense from 2009 - 2012 but have had almost nothing since then. People want to brag about how good we have been in the draft but we really haven't been recently. We need Williams and Billings to change that.
I can already hear people saying that we haven't got much production from the young guys because the older guys are so good. There are guys in this defense that were good but are declining quickly. Yet, the young guys still can't un-seat them. Is this more of being too loyal to vets or the youngs guys just aren't that good?
