I think the OP should consider the coaching changes over the years and how it has affected player development and performance. The loss of Zimmer has proven to be huge. Paulie simply is not getting the same level of play and consistency out of the players. Through in the assistant coaching changes and their impact has been underwhelming at best.

I think DE is an issue as well as finding Peko's replacement. I hope Billings proves to be as good as I and Nate (and others) hoped. But his preseason before injury was not too impressive. I continue to be concerned about the linebacker play. They need a new young stud at SAM. I hope they get WJ3 back before December.
