I have two problems with Williams.

One is flinging his body around ala Taylor Mays in search of the big hit in lieu of the sure tackle.  Too many times I have seen him airborne and the ball carrier sidesteps the hit when he had every chance to stay on his feet and wrap the guy up instead.

Second is that he seems to be good for a boneheaded penalty every game
