Exactly.  This coaching staff places importance on certain positions (CB, OL) and leaves the others to be filled with mid to late round picks.  Sometimes it works (Atkins, Iloka, Burfict, Marvin Jones, Peko) and sometimes it fails miserably (CENTER)

You would think they would start to address the worst starter on the team before the 4th round, but they never do.
