marvin is worse then I even thought he needs to go asap

Not sure Zimmer is a better defensive mind tbh. Marvin was the DC of the 2000 Ravens. A team many consider to be one of the best defenses of all time. 

I think Zimmer is a better HC though. Even if the sample size is fairly small.
