Currently, CBS has Cunningham of Vanderbilt as the top ILB prospect, and Foster as the next best.  They have them ranked as the 13th and 15th best overall prospects, respectively. 

My thoughts are that unless your scouting department is top notch, and you have identified a specific player that fits well with exactly what you are trying to accomplish, there is a significant drop off from the top 2 or 3 LBs, to the rest of the pack.  I would really like to see the Bengals use their top pick on a MLB, I think that any of the top 3 prospects, ranked by CBS would be considered day 1 starters.
