I saw Boyd take two steps before he got hit. I think it is up to the discretion of the ref to determine if that is considered a football move or not. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
You are correct in your definition. I didn't see him take two steps before getting hit though, not to say he didn't. Need to see it again and focus on that.
