Way too early to call the kid a failure. Some were just dying to call out all the Tater haters, and jumped the gun to do so.

Fwiw, Erickson is now averaging 31.3 per kickoff return. I can't remember the last Bengals return guy to average over 30.

EDIT: Just looked it up and Adam Jones averaged 31.3 (a career high) in 2014. I can't think of anyone else though.
