Anyone heard of this sandwich before? It originated in Harlem New York and is pretty well known in NYC.
You basically take some hamburger meat, chop it up while you cook it (think Philly cheesesteak) and then melt american or cheddar cheese on top of it. Serve on a hoagie roll with lettuce and tomato.
Thinking about making one tonight for dinner.
