I mostly agree. I think the way the team handles free agency is atrocious. Like you said, signing one or two quality players could make a HUGE difference. But I'm fairly certain Marvin is the one making these calls. Not long ago, I remember Marvin was given more control and Mikey Boy was taking a step or two back. How much control Marvin has and how much Mikey Boy has actually stepped away I don't know. But I'm positive relieving Marvin of he coaching duties would be very beneficial
