Mostly the OC and the o-line.

I've seen enough of Zampese. There was no legit reason for this hire in the first place.

Paul Alexander and his picks have hindered this team and it's fully floating to the surface.

Spare me the PFF stats on this subject. The team has not given Dalton enough time or consistently blocked for the run.

If this team makes some good hire moves in these areas and actually leans on decent FAs they could be back in business with added draft picks.

The D needs to reorder the depth chart make cuts and let Guenther make decisions without Marvin's thumb in the way.

Really the following year would be the year to "blow up".

If Marv isn't extended and his contract is up. Then make major changes. Both coaching & players.

Might as well throw in some reality in these thoughts after all. LOL
